Well its been a while since I posted anything on here, and life has been a  bit hectic.

We were lucky enough to have the grand children come and stay (with their mum and dad) - lovely time catching up.
I was accepted into the design team for Scrap It With Attitude and look forward to creating and producing some work for them.

I have been busy making some Christmas cards, both from scratch and from a kit I purchased some time ago from Shop and Crop....(love their kits). I will add these cards to the gallery.

A weekend or 2 ago I went on my first ever scrap retreat - to Dalwallinu WA, and had a great time creating and making albums for my family - well I got them well and truly started and will endeavour to have them completed for Christmas. These albums are going to be full of memories of dad.... :)

Hope you all enjoy browsing through my new creations....

Update September

Well a lot has happened since July's post and I am running behind.

Sadly after a short illness with heart problems, my dad passed away on September 3rd aged 76. He truly was a remarkable person, with strength and courage I have not witnessed before. Unfortunately his heart was not strong enough to keep him here with us any longer. RIP dad......

Now back to the scrapping world....I was so far behind on some challenges and participation in Facebook pages, only to have some great scrapper "friends" do some of them for me so I did not have to worry and stress.....to those wonderful ladies, and especially Helen, many thanks. Love ya heaps!

I will update pics and cards in my albums shortly.

Settling in - WA

Well it has been a while since I posted here. We moved to WA at the beginning of June, and are now slowly settling in.

A lot has happened, hubby has been finding his feet in his new job, and thats working out well for him. Eldest daughter is still in north-west but hoping to catch up with them and grand daughters in the very near future. Made a trip to Bunbury to visit family....caught up with mum and dad and sister Josephine, and Uncle Brian. Seems like ages since we shared a cuppa!

Also caught up with a bestest friend, Ros and hubby Wayne. Oh how we have missed our 'girly' chats.

Also found my way to line dance classes, thats my idea of going to the gym! lol

I have been working on some projects and will post pics very soon.....watch this space!

Goodbye Feb - bring on March

Well our move won't be happening til a bit later than first thought, so that gives me more time to enjoy the friends we have made here.

Please feel free to browse through my pages, and of course if you would like me to make anything for you....leave a comment and I will reply....

Moving back West

Well its official! We will be moving back to WA to somewhere in Perth.....in March.

I have really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the line dancing community in Tamworth, and thank them for "taking me under their wings". I have been lucky while moving around NSW to have met some great people, inspiring, energetic, and friendly. Our 3 1/2 years here has seen us live in Coffs Harbour for 2 years, and now Tamworth.
The line dancing community has made the transition so easy to cope with as we had no family here. Our "family" of friends here will never be forgotten, and strong friendships have been formed.

This will not stop me from crafting of course! It just opens new doors.....
