Goodbye Feb - bring on March

Well our move won't be happening til a bit later than first thought, so that gives me more time to enjoy the friends we have made here.

I have been busy finishing my paid job, and now doing some more craft work.

Moving back West

Well its official! We will be moving back to WA to somewhere in Perth.....in March.

I have really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the line dancing community in Tamworth, and thank them for "taking me under their wings". I have been lucky while moving around NSW to have met some great people, inspiring, energetic, and friendly. Our 3 1/2 years here has seen us live in Coffs Harbour for 2 years, and now Tamworth.
The line dancing community has made the transition so easy to cope with as we had no family here. Our "family" of friends here will never be forgotten, and strong friendships have been formed.

This will not stop me from crafting of course! It just opens new doors.....

Wet days

Well the Country Music festival is now over for another year....and we had an awesome time! Danced our feet off well and good.

And now we have many rainy days.....can't do much other than scrappin'.....lol

Now back to my other hobby - scrappin'
I am entering a few challenges on some of the fantastic sites on facebook.....its great to see how all the entries come up so different.

The Scrapbooking Haven has their Feb challenge out, so will give that a go, will upload the page I entered for January so you can all take a look and leave a comment for me.....

Riverland Kaszazz has a card challenge on - need to get my butt into gear and complete the card challenge before Friday....

Scrap it With Attitude is having an ATC swap. I have never done these before but am going to give it a go, I think it will be good fun!

Tamworth Country Music Festival

Well here we are at Tuesday - day 5 of the country music festival, and its turning out to be a huge event. Crowds are well up on last years events already....

We have been filmed dancing by Today Show, 7pm Report, and tomorrow morning at 6am the Sunrise crew....flash mob dancing has been spotted around town also...

Dancing every day at Shopping World from 2-4pm.....and dance socials every night til late!

I will need a scrap day after this - just to clear my head!!!!

Catch up time

Its now Saturday and I did not quite get done all that I wanted to this week....

As I live in Tamworth - and love modern country music - there probably wont be too much happening over the next week or so on my blog page....I also do line dancing and during the festival we have rather a lot on..dance every weekday at Shoppingworld 2-4pm.....socials every night at Tennis club.....and other spur of the moment bits.

We kick off this weekend on Sunday at the Longyard near the Golden Guitar - with a social from 3 - 7 pm ....

Sore legs and swollen knees by the end.....lol....

Monday 9th January

Had a quiet weekend, although I did brain storm for a page or two for a challenge that is currently running on another Facebook page....

I have finished my first ATC card.....made a birthday card for hubby who turned 60 today...been out to dinner and now am contemplating tomorrows pages.

I really must get my daughters wedding album done, she has almost been married for 2 years so I best start that!
